Electromechanical Maintenance Technician - Production Equipment
Job PurposePerform breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance of industrial production machinery in a plastic/flexible packaging manufacturing environment, ensuring minimum downtime and safe equipment operation.
Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in production machinery.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules and manuals.Respond to breakdowns and restore machinery safely with minimum downtime.Inspect equipment, replace defective parts, and coordinate spare requirements.Perform assigned calibration activities.Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams.Follow HSE, PPE, and 5S standards.
RequirementsTechnical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field.Hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.Experience in plastic, flexible packaging, printing, extrusion, lamination, or similar industries is preferred.Willingness to work rotating/alternating shifts.Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment and under pressure.
