- Users must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
- Violation of account rules may result in suspension or termination.
3 Job & Worker Posting Rules
Users posting jobs or worker profiles agree to:
- Only post truthful, accurate, and legal information
- Include publicly visible contact details at their own risk
- Comply with applicable laws in Saudi Arabia
- Not post fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited content
We reserve the right to:
- Edit, suspend, or remove job posts
- Mark posts as Suspended or Violation if policies are breached
- Permanently restrict accounts engaging in repeated violations
4 Post Status, Visibility & Promotions
Job and Worker postings may have the following status:
Note: The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict content at any time without prior notice.
Promotional Tiers (Top & Premium)
Users may optionally purchase "Top" or "Premium" placement for their listings. These promotional tiers are valid for the purchased number of days as indicated during checkout, after which the post automatically reverts back to the standard "Classic" status unless renewed.
5 User Responsibilities
By using this website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and company information
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Avoid spamming or posting harmful content
- Independently verify any job listing before applying
- Not request money or share sensitive information unnecessarily
6 Third-party Job Posting Disclaimer
Not all job postings originate from Expat All Job. Some are submitted by external users or third-party companies.
The Company is not liable for:
- Fraudulent job postings
- Misrepresentation by third parties
- Communication outside this platform
Job applicants should verify information directly with employers.
7 Limitation of Liability
Expat All Job is not responsible for:
- Loss or damages caused by third-party job postings
- Unauthorized access due to user negligence
- Errors, omissions, or outdated information
- Any claims, disputes, or consequences from using the website

While basic job posting and browsing remain free, we offer paid promotional plans (e.g., Top, Premium) to increase listing visibility.
- All payments are securely processed by third-party gateways.
- Promotional fees are non-refundable once the boost is active, regardless of whether the post results in successful hiring.
- In the event a boosted post is suspended for violating terms, the remaining promotion duration is forfeited without refund.
11. Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to:
- Any user account violating these Terms
- Job posts violating platform policies
- Users engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive behavior
Termination may occur without prior notice.
12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising from this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.
