Role & responsibilities Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in Refining, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas with a bachelors degree.Conduct technical evaluation of candidates in metal fabrication and pipe fitting.Assess practical knowledge of fabrication, piping, maintenance, and plant operations.Evaluate understanding of plant start-up and shutdown procedures.
