Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of vehicle insurance policies, including claims processing, renewals, and policy adjustments for the rental fleet.Negotiate favorable insurance rates and terms with providers to minimize costs while ensuring adequate coverage for all vehicles.Conduct thorough investigations of all vehicle accidents and damage claims, gathering evidence and coordinating with repair facilities.Develop and implement proactive risk management strategies to reduce insurance claims and operational losses.

Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance, preferably within the automotive or rental industry.Possession of relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, CIC) is highly advantageous.Proven experience in claims management and negotiation with insurance carriers.
