Urgent Hiring "HVAC-R Technician (Retail Maintenance)" for a leading Hypermarket Co. in Saudi Arabia
Position:- HVAC-R Technician (Retail Maintenance)
Industry: Retail / Hypermarket / Facilities Management
Required Skills & Knowledge:- Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning principles. Hands-on experience with: i) Package units ii) Split air conditioning systems iii) VRF Air conditioning systems iv) Commercial refrigeration display cabinets v) Compressor rack systems (LT & MT) vi) Condensers vii) Air Cold condensing unit.
Proficient in preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), andtroubleshooting. Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, refrigeration schematics, andtechnical manuals. Knowledge of refrigeration cycle, refrigerants, compressors, electrical controls,and HVAC components. Experience using pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, recovery machines, clampmeters, mustimeters, and leak detectors. Good understanding of spare parts identification and replacement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing RootCause Analysis (RCA). Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:- Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Experience :- Minimum 3-5 years of exp. in HVAC-R maintenance within retail stores, supermarkets, or hypermarkets. Valid HVAC/Refrigeration certification is an advantage. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencymaintenance requirements.
Salary:- 2,500 to 2,800 SAR + Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by Company.
Duty Hours: 8 Hrs. Day / 6 days a week.
