Responsibilities: Build category plans covering assortment, brands, pricing, promotions, margin and growth opportunities Identify assortment gaps and opportunities for new brands, products and emerging trends. Own the product selection and buying process for assigned categories Build balanced assortments across established brands, emerging brands and strategic opportunities Identify, evaluate and onboard new brands, distributors and suppliers. Own category sales, gross margin and commercial performance Maintain competitive pricing across assigned categories Work closely with the Demand Planner to ensure commercial plans and inventory requirements remain aligned Requirement: 5+ years of buying, category management or commercial experience Strong experience within E-commerce, marketplace, retail, beauty, health & wellness, pharmacy, FMCG or consumer goods Proven experience managing suppliers and negotiating commercial terms. Strong understanding of category management, pricing, margin and promotional planning. Experience managing large SKU assortments. Strong analytical and numerical capability. Advanced Excel skills. Experience using ERP, BI, merchandising and/or E-commerce systems. Knowledge of the Saudi retail and e-commerce market is highly desirable. Existing supplier and brand relationships within relevant categories would be advantageous.
