Desired Candidate ProfileCompleted a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in welding is preferred.Hold relevant welding certifications, such as AWS or ASME, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques.A minimum of 2 years of hands-on welding experience in industrial or construction settings is required.Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics to facilitate accurate work.
