Role & res Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Cybersecurity to advise enterprise clients, lead cybersecurity strategy discussions, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, executive-level communication skills, and experience in cybersecurity consulting or services.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise enterprise clients on cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and security transformation.Engage with C-level executives, including CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.Lead discussions on Zero Trust, Cloud Security, SOC/MDR, IAM, Threat Management, and Data Protection.Support sales and pre-sales teams in developing cybersecurity solutions and winning strategic deals.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.Build relationships with cybersecurity OEMs, cloud providers, and technology partners such as Microsoft and SailPoint.Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and cybersecurity forums.Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in client-facing or advisory leadership roles.Strong experience in cybersecurity consulting, IT services, MSSP/MDR, IAM, or Cyber Advisory.Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and act as a trusted advisor.Good knowledge of SOC/MDR, IAM, Cloud Security, Application Security, Zero Trust, and Data Protection.Understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, RBI, CERT-In, and India's DPDP Act.Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Big 4, IT consulting, system integration, or cybersecurity services organizations.Exposure to BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or SABSA.Knowledge of AI-driven security operations and cloud-native security solutions.
