Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Team Lead to manage the company's cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure, networks, servers, security, and IT support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure Virtual Desktop.Manage servers, storage, virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange and IIS.Manage firewalls, VPN, VLAN, switches, routers and enterprise networks.Support business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics and eFront.Manage Microsoft SQL Server and infrastructure performance.Handle IT security, patch management and system hardening.Plan and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities.Lead and support the IT Infrastructure and Support team.Manage IT vendors, ISP relationships, licensing and infrastructure procurement.Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams and asset records.Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Systems Administration / Network Engineering.3+ years in a Team Lead or supervisory role.Mandatory Certifications
CCNAMicrosoft AZ-305Microsoft AZ-500CCNP is preferred.Key Skills
