Maintenance Lead Technician

Role & responsibilities
Responsible for leading maintenance activities for plastic manufacturing machinery and plant utilities. Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and ensure maximum machine availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily maintenance activities and maintenance technicians.Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.Troubleshoot injection moulding/extrusion machines, PLC, VFD, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Maintain plant utilities such as compressors, chillers, pumps, and electrical systems.Ensure minimum downtime and timely breakdown resolution.Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements, and safety standards.Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in mechanical engineeringwith minimum 2 yes experience in the industrial sector
