Head Cyber Security

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Vice President Head of Middle East to lead the Cybersecurity & Risk business across the region. The role involves driving business growth, managing P&L, acquiring strategic clients, building partnerships, and leading regional sales and delivery teams.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cybersecurity services, regional business leadership, and executive-level client relationships across the Middle East.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional business strategies to drive growth across the Middle East.Lead sales, business development, and new client acquisition.Own regional P&L, revenue, profitability, and business performance.Drive large cybersecurity deals, managed services engagements, and strategic transformation programs.Build relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, government stakeholders, and enterprise clients.Expand business across government, BFSI, energy, telecom, and other enterprise sectors.Develop strategic partnerships with cybersecurity OEMs, hyperscalers, and system integrators.Drive cross-selling, upselling, and growth within existing accounts.Build and lead high-performing regional sales, pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams.Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities.Present regional performance and growth strategies to the President & CEO and executive leadership team.Required Skills & Qualifications25+ years of experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or IT services.Proven experience leading regional businesses across the Middle East.
Strong leadership experience in Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk, Managed Security Services, or Technology Services.Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar P&L and achieving revenue and profitability targets.Proven track record of winning large enterprise deals and strategic managed services contracts.Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, cloud security, IAM, cyber risk, governance, and compliance.Established network of CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, government stakeholders, and strategic partners across the Middle East.Experience in business expansion, strategic partnerships, and building high-performing teams.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.Preferred Industry ExposureGovernment / Public Sector, BFSI, Energy, Telecom, and Large Enterprise Customers.Key SkillsCybersecurity, Cyber Risk, P&L Management, Business Development, Regional Sales, Middle East Market, Managed Security Services, Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, CXO Engagement, Revenue Growth.
